Paschalis Rethepis was born in 1987 and grew up in Anatoliko, a small town of 2,500 people, on the outskirts of Thessaloniki. He studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and since 2014 has been working as a lawyer. To escape the daily routine of a strict legal environment, he focuses on writing works, and ΄΄Sabin's violin΄΄ is his first published work, but not his first writing endeavor.
